Our standard feature list is made up of product that we have used over the years
that we have found to be well crafted and competitively priced. By establishing
a standard feature list our clients will have an understanding of what is included
in the pricing they receive. Although these products have been field tested, and
approved by Diyanni Construction to be used in the structures that we build, we
also reserve the right to make adjustments on behalf of our clients to better serve
their needs in specific situations.

The following Standard Feature Components work together to create a total system
that provides structural integrity to our homes as well providing basements that
could be used for comfortable living space or storage
FOUNDATIONS
Poured Concrete walls
We use a concrete wall system that is uniformly poured at a Solid 8” thick
- 40% more concrete then block
- 20 times stronger than block
- We specify gravel type and size, how much sand, concrete, and water is to be used
in our concrete mixture
- Standard mixture of concrete when dried can with-stand up to 3500 pounds of pressure
per sq in (PSI)
- Our specs require over 3500 PSI up to 4500 PSI.
- We accomplish this by reducing the amount of water used in the walls and using an
additive call Super Plastersizer (Super P)
Why Super P?
- This product is added to the concrete mixture to strengthen the walls, increase
the PSI and density of the walls making them impervious to water.
- Reduces the natural shrinkage that occurs when the concrete dries
- Provides a much nicer exterior finish
- Note: This product is used on commercial jobs such as water dams, city parking garages
where concrete is put under a lot more stress
Rebar in our our Walls
- We use rebar in the walls horizontally (3) rows high on 8’ walls, and (4) rows high
on 9’ walls
- Adds to the overall internal strength against lateral pressure
- If a crack occurs it help prevent it from becoming a major issue
WATERPROOFING
Exterior 2-part water proofing application
- Our exterior application over our poured walls starts with an emulsion spray that
is asphalt-based.
- This is a sticky tar substance that is sprayed on the walls.
- This is a waterproofing material by itself.
- After the wall is sprayed it is wrapped with a product called DELTA-MS.
- This is an extremely tough and durable plastic membrane that has unique "dimples"
that serve to provide an air gap between the foundation and the soil around it.
- The dimples also allow sections to be overlapped and interlocked for a water fast
seal

Flooring
- Weight 24-27 ounces. Means the yarn is twisted at a much tighter level to increase
the density.
- A thicker, more dense carpet equals a 10 year wear resistance warranty.
- Yarn is PET Polyester non porous inherently has a better stain resistance w/o the
factory applied protection.
- Factory applied Stain and soil protection is included with 5 year warranty.
- Standard carpet pad under is a ½”, 3 1/3 – 4 lb re-bond pad.
- Carpet goods come in 12’ and 15’ wide which means less seams.
- All carpet floors are covered with a plastic.
Vinyl
- Base Vinyl “Initiator” Armstrong
- Comes standard with ToughGuard (patent-pending)
- 5 year warranty against:
- Has urethane no wax surface for ease of cleaning.
- We also use Armstrong because of it’s large selection of colors and variety
of patterns.
- All vinyl is laid over 1/4” luan that is Stapled .
- All Vinyl floors are covered wall-to-wall with a tough corrugated cardboard floor
protection mat designed for residential construction.
Hardwood
- Pre-finished Hardwood floor covering
- Base Hardwood is “St. Andrews, Highland Series” by Mullican.
- Mullican is the largest hardwood manufacturer in the world.
- Mullican is known for its combination of precision milling, advanced kiln-drying
techniques, superiorfinishing, and the most demanding inspectors in the industry.
Cabinets
- We use Cabinets made by Aristokraft
- All Cabinets have a Catalyzed conversion varnish (charged electronically). This
process makes the finish ultra hard so that it doesn’t damage easily.
- On the interior of the cabinet they uses a Aristex finish (laminated). This is a
water resistant product that protects the wood on the interior.
- Base cabinet (standard in specific Series) is a Traditional overlay door Hinges
are concealed You can still see part of the frame
- Upgrade5 year warranty on cabinets, lifetime on hardware.
- Hardened varnish on the cabinets to provide extra protection.
- Laminated interior of the cabinets that is water resistant.
- Concealed hinges, and overlaid doors
- Flexibility to meet the needs of our customers. d cabinets (standard in specific
series) is a Full overlay door

Framing Materials
- Engineered I-joist providing a Stiffer/Stronger floor system.
Roofing
- 30 year Horizon Shingles providing high quality and Architecturally appealing roof
system.
- Inspected by a trained inspector.
Tyvek / House Wrap
- Tyvek provides water and moisture barrier while reducing energy costs.
- Installed by certified installers and inspected.
