As a fifth-generation family-owned Contractor, we have developed and refined our
Customer Focused Quality Process to ensure that you are involved at every critical
stage of construction and to ensure your Project is of the highest quality possible.
Specifically, the process involves these steps:
Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you meet with Your Supervisor and Your Customer Care
Specialist to introduce the construction team and to review your project and to
answer any questions regarding the construction timetable.
Pre-Drywall Walk-through – Turnkey projects
Prior to drywall installation, your supervisor gives you a guided tour, allowing
you to inspect the inner workings of your project, view its quality components,
verify optional features you have selected, and ask questions.
Customer Orientation
When your project is finished, a Diyanni Construction Warranty Technician will demonstrate
the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your building,
as well as explain our service procedures.
30-Day Review
Once you are all settled in, we check back by dropping by to ensure your continued
satisfaction.
6-Month Review
To reinforce our commitment to your satisfaction, we schedule a service check approximately
six months after closing.
11-Month Review
Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again
taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer
any questions that you may have.
DiYanni's Commitment to Exceptional Service
Your Own Supervisor
You will be assigned your own Supervisor who will work with you from start to finish
on your new Building. He will become your point of contact throughout your projects
construction process and will talk with you regularly to keep you informed of its
status.
