Diyanni Construction offers limitless possibilities for the design and completion of your
steel building. We offer a complete "turnkey" program that will fully accessorize
and build out your structure to your exact requirements.
We also offer attractive and durable features that can
include standing seam roofs, glass store or partial brick fronts, atriums, canopies,
and so many more options that will fully complement your new steel building.
Our basic accessory packages begin with premium quality and commercial grade doors.
There are three basic styles of overhead doors that are readily available including
sectional, rollup, and sliding. Our walk doors are offered in a 3'x7' and 4'x7'
single swing, or 6'x7' double swing with 1.75'' thick door leaves. All of our doors
come complete with all necessary hardware and are available with optional door closer,
weather stripping, and other special hardware items. Door leaves may be solid or
furnished with narrow-lite or half glass panels. All of our doors are available
in non-insulated or insulated styles.
We offer insulation packages that are specifically designed to be used in any of
our steel buildings. These packages can be used in the roofs and/or walls to satisfy
any thermal requirements from R-10 to R-39.
There is also a wide assortment of windows available from Diyanni Construction. These premium
selections feature aluminum horizontal sliding windows providing substantial light
and ventilation, and all are commercial-grade quality. Included are half-screen,
latch and weather stripping. Our selection of slimline design windows are available
for use in any building to provide a more tailored and aesthetically pleasing appearance
available either in insulated or non-insulated styles using solar gray glass.
You may select steel-framed openings from Diyanni Construction that are available to provide
framing and support for wall accessory items not supplied.
Wall louvers are also available in 3'x3', 4'x3' and 3'x4' sizes. They may be either
fixed or adjustable and feature an overlapping design to insure weather-tightness.
A very popular feature on a number of Diyanni Construction buildings is the use of our
reinforced translucent skylights. Our translucent glass fiber skylights have the
same profile as roof and wall panels and are an excellent method of allowing natural
lighting within a building. Translucent skylights are available with UL class 90
wind uplift rating.
Complimenting any roof requirements, ridge and circular ventilators are stocked
in 10 foot lengths to provide for single or continuous ridge installation. Ridge
ventilators come standard with either 9" or 12" throat openings and are furnished
complete with bird screens. A 12"x1'-11" ultra ridge vent and both 20" and 24" diameter
circular ridge vents including bird screens are other options available. All ridge
ventilators are available with optional dampers, cable operators and operator handles.
All Diyanni Construction buildings can feature roll formed gutters of 26 gauge finished
steel and are available in lengths of up to 30’. Corners are mitered and one end
is swedged for easy erection. Downspouts are available in 4"x5" or 3"x4" roll-formed
steel, colored to match the wall panel. Our downspouts come in 10" lengths and swedged
ends and sized to match the gutter capacity.

Basic accessories
Doors:
Overhead Doors: There are 3 basic types available Sectional doors, Rollup doors,
and Sliding doors. Check with your service representative for details.

utilizing Solar gray glass.
Framed openings:
Steel-framed openings are available to provide framing and support for wall accessory
items not supplied.
